We went in to Richard’s and ordered a hot tub in November and had an awful experience. By the end of April, we still had no hot tub—which was promised to us way before. This ended in us being disrespected by the owner.
We left Richard’s and came to Spas Unlimited on April 30th and we’re greeted by Corey; turns out he used to work at Richard’s! Corey was great and got us into a much better quality spa, with all the bells and whistles, for way less money. It was delivered 4 days later on May 4th! We are so happy that after months of dealing with Richard’s backyard solutions the deal fell through and led us to Spa’s Unlimited. Corey, thank you bud, you’re the man!
