Before delivery day

Planning a hot tub at a Willis home

A few things we check for almost every Willis delivery:

Access to the backyard

We check gate widths, slopes and fences before delivery day. Lake lots and wooded lots can need extra planning to get the spa in place.

Electrical

Most full-size hot tubs need a dedicated 240V GFCI-protected circuit installed by a licensed electrician. If you’d rather skip that, ask about plug-and-play models that run on a standard outlet.

City, county and HOA rules

Requirements differ inside Willis city limits and in unincorporated Montgomery County, and many lake communities need HOA approval first. We’ll tell you what applies at your address.

Piney Woods living

Willis sits in the Piney Woods near the Sam Houston National Forest, so a good-fitting cover and regular filter cleaning keep pine needles and pollen out of the water.
