If you need a spa or SwimSpa, Go talk to David Lessing. He knows what he’s talking about: Ironman, triathlons, etc. He’s super professional, and he won’t sell you more than you need. We purchased a saltwater spa and SwimSpa. Best decision ever. Thank you David!

We recently purchased our first hot tub and worked with Gene through the sales process. Though I had done lots of research on brands and features before shopping it was easy to get overwhelmed by all the choices in the showroom. Gene was able to quickly help us narrow in on which hot tub was the best fit for our family considering our price range and how we would use it. The entire process, from sales to working with the accounting team and the delivery guys was very easy, coordinated and quick. We were sitting in our hot tub 9 days after visiting the showroom! The entire team is very knowledgeable and willing to answer all our first time buyer questions. We also used the electrician that they recommended and our experience was excellent, he was at our house right after the delivery to hook it up for us and was priced very reasonably.

Our entire experience here was amazing. From working with Gene at the original sale and understanding our options. To the staff when we stopped to pay our balance and schedule delivery, and call to reschedule, the delivery guys did a great job very professional. Then Gene took our call after hours on a Saturday to insure we were doing the set up correctly. Highly recommend!

We went in to Richard’s and ordered a hot tub in November and had an awful experience. By the end of April, we still had no hot tub—which was promised to us way before. This ended in us being disrespected by the owner.
We left Richard’s and came to Spas Unlimited on April 30th and we’re greeted by Corey; turns out he used to work at Richard’s! Corey was great and got us into a much better quality spa, with all the bells and whistles, for way less money. It was delivered 4 days later on May 4th! We are so happy that after months of dealing with Richard’s backyard solutions the deal fell through and led us to Spa’s Unlimited. Corey, thank you bud, you’re the man!

Great experience with this group. Steven was very helpful in explaining everything to us first time buyers. He put us in the best product at the best price AND delivered on time and without any issues. The team of Benny and his brother called with estimated time of delivery and dang if they didn’t show up exactly on time. They did the install quickly too. They are real pros at Spas Unlimited!

My husband and I shopped at Spas Unlimited on FM 1960. David Lessing, the general manager waited on us. He showed us several swim spas and some hot tubs. We decided on one of the hot tubs. David was very patient with us as we were trying to get a prescription from our chiropractor. He was not pushy at all, and gave us some suggestions. He is very knowledgeable in the mechanics of these items.
When we settled on this one, the delivery crew came to deliver and set it up. Benny and the other 2 men that were with him set it up in just a short time. These men were courteous, professional and friendly. Benny explained a few things about the hot tub, then they cleaned up everything, and left.
The overall experience with Spas Unlimited and the employees was great.
We love our hot tub.

Absolutely satisfied with Spa’s Unlimited VERY helpful, friendly, honest staff. Walked in not knowing a thing about spa’s and came out with a new hot tub and a ton of knowledge about it. When I tell you I asked a million questions. I figured they were getting tired of them but I never got that response from them very eager to help. If your considering this place just go ahead and make the trip. This place is a one stop shop. Also are compliant with COVID-19 guidelines. Thank you spa’s unlimited.

We purchase a Spa from David at Spas Unlimited. He was very helpful in aiding us in our choice and budget. You can tell this family owned business (there is a reason they’ve been in business since the 70’s) really takes pride in helping their clients in meeting their needs. The delivery team was Amazing, they were early and super efficient. Some of the friendly guys l’ve every worked with they made sure we had good understanding of how to operate our new spa. We hit a snag on Electrical hook up day as the circuit board was bad. I reached out to David (owner) on Sunday and he actually replied and told me he would have Brett come out tomorrow and get us up and running. Brett showed up and he was a polite and efficient man. I watched over his shoulder and he told me everything he was doing, very professional. He got us up and running and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks to everyone who helped us with our purchase and getting us set up to enjoy and relax.

“About a year ago I purchased a spa from David Lessing and then 10 months later when the spa was still under warranty, a major water event in my back yard flooded the area where the spa was set up. Needless to say I had been advised by the Spas Unlimited delivery man that elevating my spa was not necessary. Needless to say, he should have advised me to raise the area because even this minor water event got the motor and circuit board wet. My lovely spa stopped working. I called Spas Unlimited to find out if my warranty would cover the repairs, alas, the warranty did not cover water damage. Again the team at Spas Unlimited provided a solution. Brett, the most amazing and courteous maintenance repair person fixed my spa. It was tough to get him scheduled as he was booked for at least a month. We set up a time, his soonest appointment and he arrived on time. He worked tirelessly and I was so grateful that he brought the parts he thought he might need along so he didn’t have to return to install the new motor and circuit board. All in all, the repair job has proven stellar and Brett was a prince of a person in all respects!”
