Hot Tub Service Conditions Include
- We will notify you by email, phone, or text message the day before the service is going to be done.
- If you are outside our 50 mile radius from the Houston store, 30mile radius from either Richmond or Tomball stores, there will be an additional $5 per mile added to the initial trip fee.
- Service call trip fee is $200 for non-warranty. Labor charge is $125 per hour after 15 minutes of diagnostics and runs in 30-minute increments. Parts not included.
- All spas under warranty will incur a $150 trip fee 90 days after install.
- All Warranties are manufacturer’s warranties. Parts and labor will be determined by the manufacturer’s warranty process.
- We will make every effort to schedule your service during the week you indicate; however, we are limited to a relatively small period in which to complete very high volumes of work. All work is scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
- Please be ready to answer the technicians call as it may come from his cell phone, and he will move on to the next call if there is no response.
- Water and electricity must be available & the tub needs to be filled with water upon the crew’s arrival. All equipment and accessories must be accessible. If there is no access, you will be charged a service call trip fee of $150.
- Prior to service will need this form completed & an active credit card on file.
- All questions/complaints must be reported to our office within 3 business days of the service date.
- All customer accounts must be current in order to receive service.
- Customers do not need to be home at the time of service as long as all the necessary equipment, water, electricity, and accessories are accessible and there is a credit card on file.
- We are not responsible any additional repairs needed that we were not servicing or touching, Nor for delays due to weather or ground conditions.
- Any unpaid services are subject to a mechanics lien of the property.
