Before delivery day

Planning a hot tub at a Conroe home

A few things we check for almost every Conroe delivery:

Access to the backyard

We check gate widths, slopes and fences before delivery day. Lake lots and wooded lots can need extra planning to get the spa in place.

Electrical

Most full-size hot tubs need a dedicated 240V GFCI-protected circuit installed by a licensed electrician. If you’d rather skip that, ask about plug-and-play models that run on a standard outlet.

City, county and HOA rules

Requirements differ inside Conroe city limits and in unincorporated Montgomery County, and many neighborhoods need architectural approval first. We’ll tell you what applies at your address.

Trees and weather

Conroe sits at the edge of the Piney Woods, so a good-fitting cover and regular filter cleaning keep pine needles and pollen out. Long, humid summers are also why a lot of owners pair a hot tub with a cold plunge.
