Before delivery day

Planning a hot tub at a Tomball home

A few things we check for almost every Tomball delivery:

Access to the backyard

We check gate widths, slopes and fences before delivery day. Acreage lots and long driveways north of town can need extra planning.

Electrical

Most full-size hot tubs need a dedicated 240V GFCI-protected circuit installed by a licensed electrician. If you’d rather skip that, ask about plug-and-play models that run on a standard outlet.

City, county and HOA rules

Requirements differ inside Tomball city limits and in unincorporated Harris and Montgomery counties, and many subdivisions need HOA approval first. We’ll tell you what applies at your address.

Trees and pollen

Tall pines and oaks are common around Tomball. A good-fitting cover and regular filter cleaning keep leaves, needles and pollen out of the water.
