10 tips

Before delivery day

Planning a hot tub at a Cleveland home

A few things we check for almost every Cleveland delivery:

Access to the backyard

Long driveways, gravel roads and wooded lots are common around Cleveland. We check the route, gate widths and slopes before delivery day.

Electrical

Most full-size hot tubs need a dedicated 240V GFCI-protected circuit installed by a licensed electrician. If you’d rather skip that, ask about plug-and-play models that run on a standard outlet.

City, county and HOA rules

Most of Cleveland is in Liberty County, with a small part in Montgomery County, and homes outside city limits follow county rules. We’ll tell you what applies at your address.

Trees and rain

Pines and hardwoods drop needles and leaves all year, and heavy rain is common. A well-fitted cover and a spot that drains well keep the spa clean and sitting level.
