Before delivery day

Planning a hot tub at a Kingwood home

A few things we check for almost every Kingwood delivery:

Access to the backyard

Kingwood’s wooded lots, mature trees and curving streets can make backyard access tight. We check the route, gate widths and slopes before delivery day.

Electrical

Most full-size hot tubs need a dedicated 240V GFCI-protected circuit installed by a licensed electrician. If you’d rather skip that, ask about plug-and-play models that run on a standard outlet.

City, county and HOA rules

Kingwood is part of the City of Houston, and many of its villages have their own deed restrictions and architectural review. We’ll tell you what applies at your address.

Trees and high water

Kingwood’s tall pines drop needles all year, and areas near the river can see high water. A good-fitting cover, regular filter cleaning and a well-drained spot keep the spa in good shape.
