Before delivery day

Planning a hot tub at a Montgomery home

A few things we check for almost every Montgomery delivery:

Access to the backyard

Lake lots, slopes down to the water and wooded yards can need extra planning. We check the route and gate widths before delivery day.

Electrical

Most full-size hot tubs need a dedicated 240V GFCI-protected circuit installed by a licensed electrician. If you’d rather skip that, ask about plug-and-play models that run on a standard outlet.

City, county and HOA rules

Requirements differ inside Montgomery city limits and in unincorporated Montgomery County, and many lake communities need HOA approval first. We’ll tell you what applies at your address.

Lake living

Lake breezes carry leaves and pollen, and lakeside lots can stay damp. A good-fitting cover and a spot that drains well keep the spa clean and sitting level.
