Before delivery day

Planning a hot tub at a Fulshear home

A few things we check for almost every Fulshear delivery:

Access to the backyard

Acreage lots and long driveways are common around Fulshear, and newer communities often have tall fences. We check the route and gate widths before delivery day.

Electrical

Most full-size hot tubs need a dedicated 240V GFCI-protected circuit installed by a licensed electrician. If you’d rather skip that, ask about plug-and-play models that run on a standard outlet.

City, county and HOA rules

Requirements differ inside Fulshear city limits and in unincorporated Fort Bend County, and master-planned communities have their own architectural review. We’ll tell you what applies at your address.

Open prairie weather

Open prairie means strong sun, wind and heavy rain. A good-fitting cover with tie-down straps and a spot that drains well keep the spa in good shape.
