Before delivery day

Planning a hot tub at a Bryan-College Station home

A few things we check for almost every Brazos Valley delivery:

Access to the backyard

We check gate widths, slopes and fences before delivery day, and plan around tight side yards so the spa goes in without surprises.

Electrical

Most full-size hot tubs need a dedicated 240V GFCI-protected circuit installed by a licensed electrician. If you’d rather skip that, ask about plug-and-play models that run on a standard outlet.

City, county and HOA rules

Bryan and College Station each set their own permit rules, and homes outside city limits fall under Brazos County. Many neighborhoods also need HOA approval first. We’ll tell you what applies at your address.

Heat and the odd freeze

Brazos Valley summers are long and hot, and winter cold snaps do happen. A good cover keeps heating costs down, and a level, well-drained base keeps the spa sitting true.
