10 tips

Before delivery day

Planning a hot tub at a Magnolia home

A few things we check for almost every Magnolia delivery:

Access to the backyard

Acreage lots, long driveways and wooded yards are common around Magnolia. We check the route, gate widths and slopes before delivery day.

Electrical

Most full-size hot tubs need a dedicated 240V GFCI-protected circuit installed by a licensed electrician. If you’d rather skip that, ask about plug-and-play models that run on a standard outlet.

City, county and HOA rules

Requirements differ inside Magnolia city limits and in unincorporated Montgomery County, and many subdivisions need HOA approval first. We’ll tell you what applies at your address.

Pines and pollen

Magnolia sits among tall pines, so a good-fitting cover and regular filter cleaning keep needles and pollen out of the water.
