Before delivery day

Planning a hot tub at a Dayton home

A few things we check for almost every Dayton delivery:

Access to the backyard

Long driveways, gravel roads and rural lots are common around Dayton. We check the route, gate widths and ground before delivery day.

Electrical

Most full-size hot tubs need a dedicated 240V GFCI-protected circuit installed by a licensed electrician. If you’d rather skip that, ask about plug-and-play models that run on a standard outlet.

City, county and HOA rules

Requirements differ inside Dayton city limits and in unincorporated Liberty County, and some subdivisions need HOA approval first. We’ll tell you what applies at your address.

Heat and heavy rain

Summers are long and humid, and heavy rain is common near the Trinity River. A good-fitting cover and a spot that drains well keep the spa clean and level.
