Before delivery day

Planning a hot tub at a Humble home

A few things we check for almost every Humble delivery:

Access to the backyard

We check gate widths, slopes and fences before delivery day. Wooded lots near Lake Houston can need extra planning.

Electrical

Most full-size hot tubs need a dedicated 240V GFCI-protected circuit installed by a licensed electrician. If you’d rather skip that, ask about plug-and-play models that run on a standard outlet.

City, county and HOA rules

Requirements differ inside Humble city limits and in unincorporated Harris County areas like Atascocita, and many neighborhoods need HOA approval first. We’ll tell you what applies at your address.

Trees and heavy rain

Tall pines drop needles all year, and heavy rain is common around Lake Houston. A good-fitting cover and a spot that drains well keep the spa clean and level.
