Before delivery day

Planning a hot tub at a Baytown home

A few things we check for almost every Baytown delivery:

Access to the backyard

We check gate widths, slopes and fences before delivery day, and plan around tight side yards so the spa goes in without surprises.

Electrical

Most full-size hot tubs need a dedicated 240V GFCI-protected circuit installed by a licensed electrician. If you’d rather skip that, ask about plug-and-play models that run on a standard outlet.

City, county and HOA rules

Most of Baytown is in Harris County, but areas east of Cedar Bayou are in Chambers County, and many neighborhoods need HOA approval first. We’ll tell you what applies at your address.

Bay weather

Humid air off Galveston Bay and the fall storm season make a well-fitted cover with tie-down straps worth having. We’ll also help you pick a spot that drains well after heavy rain.
