A few things we check for almost every delivery:
We check gate widths, slopes and fences before delivery day, and plan ahead when a tight or sloped yard needs extra equipment.
Most full-size hot tubs need a dedicated 240V GFCI-protected circuit installed by a licensed electrician. If you’d rather skip that, ask about plug-and-play models that run on a standard outlet.
Rules differ between cities, unincorporated county areas and HOAs, and many neighborhoods need architectural approval first. We’ll tell you what applies at your address.
Pick a spot that drains well after heavy Gulf Coast rain, and a good-fitting cover keeps leaves and pollen out. Long, humid summers are also why a lot of owners pair a hot tub with a cold plunge.
